3-Use a virtual background in your meeting. In this way your home is safe not to be seen by colleagues.
4-All of the chats will automatically saved. So be careful about what you type in the meeting.

I’ve used different tools for online meetings, including Skype, Zoom, GoToMeeting and etc. Zoom is really good even in the free tier.
